Objectives

The specific objectives of the ERN4mob project are:

To establish, develop and enhance functional and sustainable cooperation among different European rural municipalities and their citizens of different nationalities living together in the same local communities, for a better integration, participation and interaction in the residence country
To identify common needs regarding European job mobility and to develop synergies through the exchange of good practices between different EU rural municipalities participating in the project, in order to find solutions to the current problematic of mobility in Europe and to strengthen collaboration beyond project activities through the implementation of innovative practices
To improve the mutual understanding and learning about EU multicultural diversity and EU policies in terms of mobility (focused mainly on labour market) and to promote opportunities for social and intercultural engagement
To promote European citizenship and improve participation conditions of different EU nationals and immigrants who live in the same local community, and thus, to encourage their participation in the democratic and civic life of the Union and its social cohesion
