5th International Encounter in Petrosino, Italy: Good Practices transfer for the ERN4mob
Participation: It was attended by 20 international participants representing project partners from Spain, Portugal, Northern Ireland, Poland and Slovakia, and 45 participants from Italy. In total, 65 participants attended this international encounter.
Location/ Dates: The 5th International Encounter took place in Petrosino, Italy, from 7th to 11th of March 2017.
Short description: During their 4-day visit the participants took part in the following activities and events:
- Project transnational meeting;
- Conference with stakeholders and target citizens;
- Visit to a migration center and interviews with immigrants;
- Good practice visits at some local farms and rural companies in which work immigrants;
- Workshop for the presentation of the Study of Necessities and Best Practices identified;
- International team work on identifying services needed to be implemented by the Network;
- Roundtable & Group discussion on identifying challenges and innovative proposals to be implemented by the Network; definition of the structure and contents Pearl Tree.
Parts of the agenda were dedicated to cultural activities such as getting to know regional historical and natural areas, tasting traditional meals and learning traditional dances.
