ACTIVITIES

• Cooking workshops (5): preparation of km0 food; recipes for using leftovers; eco-gastronomy. 
• Urban vegetable garden workshops (2): how to prepare a vegetable garden on the balcony, design of a garden of aromatic plants for food use.
• ICT workshops (3): to develop content from the workshops and web tools to share them.
• Citizens’ participation campaign: citizens will be invited to participate by sharing their traditional knowledge related to food production, preparation and preservation. This campaign will be mainly developed through the social media.
• Commemoration of the World Food Day (16thof October): young people participating in the workshops will be invited to share the results of their work in a public presentation to be disseminated on social networks.
• Commemoration of the Terra Madre Day (9thof December): citizens, especially young people, will be invited to celebrate this day and share the activity on social networks.

Municipal facilities will be used in order to carry out all the project activities; furthermore, schools, city council departments and the associative network of Vimianzo, will be asked to collaborate in the dissemination and recruitment of participants.
